INGREDIENTS
2 C. all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1.4 t. garlic powder
1/3 C. cold butter
2 T. canola or veggie oil
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 C. milk

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
3 T. butter
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dried parsley
STEPS1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dried parsley
Preheat oven to 400° F
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in large bowl. Add chunks of butter using pastry cutter. Add oil, grated cheddar, ½ cup milk, and stir (add more milk until not sticky).
Spoon ¼ C portions on non-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15-17 minutes.
AFTER BUSCUITS ARE MADE...
Melt butter, add garlic powder and parsley. Brush mixture on top of warm biscuits.
Serve warm. =)
